district 3820 governor

William Pastor P. Delloro Jr.

District Governor William Pastor P. Delloro, Jr. graduated in 1988 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science from the University of Nueva Caceres and earned his Juris Doctor in 1992.

With his austerity and determination, he has achieved the life he has envisioned for himself and his family. It was not an easy life–working many jobs (as a tricycle driver and warehouseman among others) while studying and raising his family, but through hard work, discipline, and consistency, he was able to establish his own businesses.

In 1998, he founded Zomedel Gas Center and General Merchandise, Inc. followed by Dewan Trading in 2008, and Jodans Aire Marketing Corp. and Jodans Engineering in 2011. He then expanded his businesses across different locations in the Philippines.

He officially became a Rotarian in 2004 although he was already a part of Rotary Club of Naga a year prior. He served as the Club President in Rotary Year 2012-2013 and was distinguished as the Most Outstanding President. He also held various positions within his home club and crucial roles in the district, such as Deputy District Governor, Finance Secretary, Executive Secretary, Membership Chair, Club Extension Chair, and Fundraising Chair. Currently, he is a Major Donor Level 4, Paul Harris Society Member, and Paul Harris Fellow +8.

With his austerity and determination, he has achieved the life he has envisioned for himself and his family. It was not an easy life–working many jobs (as a tricycle driver and warehouseman among others) while studying and raising his family, but through hard work, discipline, and consistency, he was able to establish his own businesses.

His family is always involved in socio-civic activities and has been actively supporting the Church. His spouse, Lady Anne, also became part of the Rotary Club of Naga, served as its Club President in Rotary Year 2018-2019, and held several positions in the district, most notably, as District Information and Communications Officer. Gov William’s children were former Rotary Exchange Students and are, in their own rights, successful individuals. Sean is now a licensed doctor. Nikki and Josh are both graduates of Thompson Rivers University in Canada. Nikki studied Tourism Management while Josh pursued Architectural and Engineering Technology.

Governor William fully supports continuity in leadership and diversity in membership. For his term this Rotary Year 2023-2024, he would like to implement significant changes to ensure that the district remains relevant, thriving, and connected. To Create Hope in the World, he highly encourages all clubs to be at the forefront of developing and implementing projects that transform communities and help make them become more self-sufficient and resilient.

His personal mission is to ensure that all Rotarians in the district will enjoy Rotary to the fullest while serving others above self.
